Horizon Recruitment is recruiting a Collections Specialist for a leading SaaS organization on a short-term contract. You will manage approximately 400 customer accounts, prioritize overdue balances, and drive timely payments. Solid organization, clear communication,



and consistent follow-up are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage approximately 400 customer accounts and outstanding balances
• Review reports and prioritize high-value overdue accounts
• Contact customers by phone and email regarding invoices
• Investigate payment issues and resolve outstanding items
• Maintain accurate notes, records, and follow-up activities

Requirements:

• Two to three years’ collections or accounts receivable experience
• Business-to-business collections and direct customer outreach experience
• Ability to prioritize by value, urgency, and payment risk
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• NetSuite or Salesforce experience is an asset
