We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing IT services team in Edmonton, Alberta.

The role offers exposure to both on-premises and cloud-based systems, with opportunities to contribute to operational support and infrastructure improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities: • Deliver technical support for users, business applications, and core systems to help maintain reliable day-to-day operations. • Install, configure, and maintain infrastructure components such as servers, switches, firewalls, and related network equipment. • Assist with the deployment, setup, and troubleshooting of workstations and user devices across the organization.



• Monitor the health and performance of infrastructure systems, identify issues early, and escalate complex incidents when needed. • Contribute to infrastructure initiatives such as upgrades, environment improvements, and migration-related tasks under the direction of senior engineers. • Help assess existing environments and maintain clear technical documentation for systems, configurations, and support procedures. • Support backup and recovery activities using tools such as Veeam to help protect business-critical data. • Apply established operational standards and security practices when performing maintenance, support, and configuration work.
