You will collaborate within a cross-functional team addressing real RBC business challenges. The program involves research, product design, prototype development, stakeholder presentations, and continuous learning. Agile development, design thinking, communication, and leadership skills support your work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research real business challenges and develop innovative products
- Design, create, and deliver fully functional prototypes
- Collaborate with business, data, and programming specialists
- Work with technologies, mentors, experts, and stakeholders




- Present project strategy and communications to executives

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled and graduating between August 2027 and June 2028
- Understanding of programming languages, databases, platforms, and frameworks
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and processes
- Excellent communication, teamwork, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Experience with cloud, mobile, DevOps, full-stack, or API technologies

Develop prototypes, apply Agile practices, and present solutions while contributing to RBC Amplify’s Vancouver innovation program.
