Client-facing retail work awaits at Hillberg & Berk’s Scarborough Town Centre store, combining client service, gift wrapping, and POS support.

As a Seasonal Client Ambassador, you will welcome clients and help them find jewellery they genuinely love. You will support smooth store operations through shipment receiving, floor replenishment, stockroom organization, and careful packaging. The role is hands-on throughout the holiday peak period.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome clients and help them find suitable jewellery
- Receive shipments and replenish the sales floor
- Maintain an accurate, organized stockroom
- Wrap and package gifts carefully and efficiently
- Operate POS while keeping the line moving

Requirements:

- One to two years of retail or similar experience
- Comfort standing full shifts and lifting cartons
- Availability evenings, weekends, Black Friday, and Boxing Day
- High School Diploma or equivalent
