Lead enterprise SAP training from Teck’s Vancouver office in a hybrid contractor role, shaping learning strategies, resources, and deployment plans. As Lead, Training, you will represent the ERP Program’s Training workstream across Teck’s global SAP implementation. Reporting to the Program Manager, Organizational Readiness, you will collaborate with Systems Integrators, ERP teams, and Organizational Change Management. The mandate covers training standards, curriculum, blended learning, and readiness for new business processes.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the enterprise SAP training strategy Coordinate training plans across functions, offices, and operations Build and quality-assure role-specific learning materials Plan resources for testing, delivery,



and post-go-live support Monitor readiness, performance, risks, and corrective actions

Requirements:
Minimum 10 years in training, learning, and knowledge management Understanding of ERP finance, supply chain, and asset processes Proficiency with up-to-date training tools and methodologies Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams SAP S4/HANA, WalkMe, or EnableNow experience preferred Apply enterprise training leadership, SAP knowledge, and stakeholder communication to Teck’s Vancouver ERP transformation program. #J-18808-Ljbffr
