Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor DFT and post-silicon engineering teams Define DFT architectures, scan chains, BIST, and JTAG interfaces Develop silicon, package, and system-level test strategies Optimize test time, cost, quality, coverage, and yield Collaborate across design, validation, packaging, operations, and product management

Requirements:
