As a Bistro Team Member, you will help customers choose food for vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and paleo preferences. You will prepare and serve smoothies, juices, sandwiches, wraps, salads, soups, entrées, and baked goods. Training supports menu guidance and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build connections with new and regular customers
- Explain menu items and provide dietary suggestions
- Prepare specialty smoothies, juices, and other food
- Share knowledge about Nature's Fare Markets products
- Clean as you go throughout the kitchen area

Requirements:

- Friendly confidence when approaching and talking with people
- Passion for food and favourite menu items
- Openness to learning new things
- Adaptable support for changing workflow needs
- Availability through evenings ending at 7:30 PM
