As a Sales Associate, you report to the Store Manager and represent Hour Passion as an Ambassador. You support sales targets through customer service, product knowledge, and issue resolution. Daily work includes sales, returns, inventory management, visual merchandising, store organization, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and resolve issues with a positive attitude
- Achieve sales targets through outstanding product knowledge
- Process sales and returns using store procedures
- Manage inventory and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and workplace safety
Requirements:
- At least one year of retail sales experience
- Fashion or accessories retail experience preferred
- Experience working with POS systems
- Open availability for business needs, holidays, and blackout dates
- Ability to walk, stand, lift, push, pull, and hold items
