As Salesforce DevOps Developer Lead, you will guide multiple engineering initiatives and centralize Salesforce capabilities into a secure, reliable platform. The work combines Salesforce development, release management, scripting, and setting strategy. You will translate broad technical goals into automated workflows, developer standards, and scalable platform practices. Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership across concurrent Salesforce engineering initiatives Design enterprise CI/CD workflows and automated release pipelines Build tooling that accelerates developer velocity and testing Manage sandbox provisioning, refreshes, backups,



and capacity monitoring Implement monitoring, alerting, compliance, and credential lifecycle practices Requirements:

Six-plus years of software development experience with scripting capabilities Five-plus years of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and release management Hands-on Apex, Lightning Web Components, Metadata API, and Salesforce DX Experience with Git-based branching and Salesforce deployment tools Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience Bring Salesforce engineering leadership, automation expertise, and platform governance to ATB’s centralized DevOps capability.
