Business Analyst Duration: 12 Months Location: Toronto, ON / Remote within Canada Introduction We are actively looking to hire talented individuals to support initiatives within the Personal & Business Banking space.

This is a hybrid role requiring strong capabilities across both business and technical analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications Strong stakeholder communication skills (tech ↔ business) Proven track record of supporting delivery across complex, regulatory-driven initiatives Ability to lead discovery and process mapping activities Prior work experience in the banking industry Regulatory experience, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering)
