The Shift Supervisor assists management by monitoring subordinate activities, productivity, assignments, and shift coverage. You provide work directions, support new-associate training, and maintain corporate standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor subordinate activities, productivity, breaks, and area concerns
- Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures
- Coordinate current-associate on-the-job training




- Operate registers and follow cash-handling procedures
- Resolve complaints and monitor safety compliance

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- At least six months supervisory or lead experience
- Ability to understand policies and converse with customers
- Food and beverage, cash-handling, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift forty pounds
