Power Automate Developer Desktop Flows Primary Skills: Microsoft Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop (PAD), RPA Development Job Type: Full-time Location: Toronto, ON | Hybrid Job Description We are seeking an experienced Power Automate Developer with hands-on experience in Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and Desktop Flows to design, develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), workflow automation, and Microsoft Power Platform.

The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities, streamline business processes, and deliver scalable and efficient automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop.

Build and maintain Desktop Flows to automate repetitive, manual, and rule-based business processes.

Develop cloud flows and desktop flows to integrate applications, systems, and business workflows.

Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.

Configure UI automation, web automation, data extraction, and application integration.

Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365, Share

Point, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other enterprise applications.





Implement error handling, exception management, logging, and monitoring for automated workflows.

Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues and optimize existing workflows.

Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to understand automation requirements.

Perform unit testing, integration testing, deployment, and ongoing production support.

Maintain technical documentation, process workflows, and automation standards.

Ensure automation solutions follow security, governance, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop (PAD).

Strong experience developing and managing Power Automate Desktop Flows.

Knowledge of RPA concepts, workflow automation, and process optimization.

Experience with UI automation, web automation, selectors, and application interactions.

Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 applications.

Experience with cloud flows, connectors, triggers, and actions.

Knowledge of exception handling, debugging, and automation monitoring.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
