Job Posting Assistant Director, Outdoor Centre Location: Parham, ON (north of Kingston) Reports to: Outdoor Centre Director Pay Rate : $160 per day ($20 per hour) – Room and board will be deducted at a rate of $10 per 24 hour period.

Contract Dates: April 19 – June 26; July 30 – August 8; September 4 – October 29, 2027.

Optional work available from February 3 – March 20, 2027 and during summer program in a posted seasonal role.

The Assistant Director, Outdoor Centre is responsible for providing coordination across RKY Camp’s Outdoor Centre programs to ensure protected, camper-focused, and high-quality operations.

This position supports and directs the spring and fall Outdoor Centre program operations under the leadership of the Outdoor Centre Director, ensures that RKY’s site, equipment, and systems run smothly,



and that all programs meet the organization’s standards for safety, risk management, and camper experience.

As a senior staff member, the Assistant Director, Outdoor Centre provides significant support to the day-to-day operations and administration of RKY Camp.

Priority will be given to candidates who are available to work the entirety of the above contract dates, including the winter and summer seasons.

Requirements: Intermediate First Aid with CPR-C, National Lifeguard, G Class Driver’s License.

Preferred : ACCT Level 2, Pleasure Craft Operator’s Card, F Class Driver’s License.
