Is this role right for you? In this role, you will: Build subject matter expertise on in-scope HR data domains (Core, Compensation, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Employee Listening).

Perform in-depth business requirements gathering, from prioritizing HR reporting and data analytics needs to capturing the corresponding data flows, determining the relevant KPI metrics, data lineage and dependencies, ultimately translating business use cases into technical requirements (data mappings).

Lead data validations on the ETL pipelines, including preparing test scenarios, managing issue logs, and supporting both UAT and QAT by bridging technical and business knowledge gaps to ensure full end to end data verification.

Address data reconciliation issues—inconsistencies, job failures, mismatched counts, unexpected values—to ensure accurate, reliable data across systems.

Work with Solution Architect and Senior Manager HR Insights and Reporting on data transformation specifications and reconciliation approach e.g. retrofitting the existing BI reporting solution, merging of historical data, how to ensure Record Information Management (RIM)



compliance around data purging and retention, etc.

Conduct post-release monitoring on both data process (ETL job schedules) and data quality (setting up rules, profiling results, tracking issue logs and validation evidence).

Previous experience with HR systems or information systems preferred.
