The Manager, FP&A; reports to the Director, FP&A; and partners across HEALWELL AI’s organization and business units. This position translates complex financial data into practical insights for decision-makers. Responsibilities span forecasts, reports, financial processes, acquired-business integration, and cross-functional planning. Key Responsibilities:
Build complex QBR financial models for business decisions Present financial reports with detailed variance analysis Identify and monitor key financial performance metrics Support month-end close with accounting and operations Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities Requirements:
Five to seven years in financial leadership Experience in software, technology, or healthcare companies Bachelor’s degree; CPA or MBA preferred Public company or IPO experience is an asset Ability to simplify complex financial data Bring strategic thinking, KPI expertise, and scenario analysis skills to HEALWELL AI’s financial planning and decision-making.
