This Server position contributes to dining services across Cogir’s senior living communities. You will set and clear tables, clean dishware, support catering, and help maintain kitchen and dining area cleanliness. The position also includes training participation, staff meetings, quality improvement, and compliance with health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver meals and tray service to residents and guests
- Prepare and explicit tables for dining service
- Assist with dishware and cutlery cleaning
- Support catering and special occasions
- Participate in training, meetings, and quality improvement

Requirements:

- Excellent customer service abilities
- Food service and senior experience preferred
- Physical ability to lift and transfer hot items
- Ability to stand and walk throughout most shifts
- Second-language proficiency considered an asset
