Our energy client is seeking a Expeditor III (5+ years) to expedite and track equipment/material deliverables using expediting best practices Join the Supply Chain function of an energy organization to keep critical projects on schedule through proactive expediting.

Scope includes expediting and tracking equipment/material deliverables across Purchase Orders, Contracts, and Projects while managing vendor documentation, logistics, and delivery to site aligned with project and construction schedules.

Collaborate with Sr Expeditors, Supervisors/Managers, Engineering, Buyers, Contractors, Quality, and Logistics to mitigate risks and resolve issues.

This is a 1-year contract with possibility of extension, hybrid in Calgary or Edmonton (Mon, Tue, Thu in office), starting ASAP.

Point, Oracle Cloud, and Salesforce Post-secondary education in Project Management, Purchasing / Supply Chain Management, B-Com, Finance, or Business Admin Responsibilities Manage assigned equipment, material, and logistics to ensure on-time readiness and delivery to site aligned with project and construction schedules Manage vendor equipment/material documentation flows between vendors, Engineering/Consultants, and internal project teams Review vendor fabrication schedules, ITPs, and inspection reports to mitigate delays Notify stakeholders of potential or actual delays Resolve freight claims and investigate quantity variances, shipment errors, and tagging issues with vendors and stakeholders Coordinate logistics for deliveries with construction to ensure site readiness and proper off-loading equipment Maintain updated electronic expediting records to support PO/Contract closeouts
