As a Seasonal Service Team Member, you will support customers throughout the store while handling cash and explaining Rewards advantages. The work includes merchandise stocking, recovery, Omni channel processes, and cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production. Retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help customers locate products and provide suitable solutions
- Execute fast checkout experiences and cash handling standards
- Explain Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards benefits
- Support BOPIS, SFS, stocking, and planogram processes
- Complete merchandise recovery, returns, SISO, and AD sets

Requirements:

- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Remain standing and move throughout the store
- Regularly bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch
- Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder
- Be at least sixteen years old in Canada
