Clintar is hiring a winter-season Snow Removal Sidewalk Supervisor for on-call daytime or overnight work. You will direct crew members, remove snow and ice, apply de-icing agents, and communicate progress with supervisors or property managers. The work depends on winter conditions and storms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead crews during sidewalk snow removal and de-icing
- Clear parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, and roadways
- Inspect and maintain snow removal equipment
- Operate snowplows, loaders, and snowblowers safely
- Coordinate updates about progress and arising problems
Requirements:
- Two years’ experience as a snow removal crew lead
- Availability on short notice from November through April
- Ability to lift more than 50 pounds
- Familiarity with sidewalk tractors
- Solid communication and organizational skills
