Adecco is currently hiring a full time Production Associate for a full-time opportunity with our client, a leading manufacturer of industrial connectivity and automation solutions.

This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on assembly work and take pride in producing high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for assembling products, performing quality inspections, and supporting production operations while maintaining a robust commitment to safety and quality standards.

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour Location: Markham, ON Shift: 8:30am - 4:30pm Job type: Temporary | Full-time Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy .

Responsibilities: Follow daily production schedules and work assignments provided by the Production Team Lead.

Assemble products and components according to specifications, work instructions, and quality standards.

Read and interpret assembly guides, drawings, and work instructions.

Conduct product inspections and quality checks throughout the assembly process.

Use a variety of hand tools, including screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, and cutters.

Measure and verify product dimensions using basic measuring tools and gauges.

Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive team environment.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or Team Lead.

Qualifications and Skills: Required Skills & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent.

Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is considered an asset.

Experience with light mechanical assembly preferred.

Ability to safely and effectively use hand tools.





Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to follow written work instructions and assembly procedures.

Basic computer skills.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.

Frequent use of hands, fingers, and arms for assembly tasks.

Ability to bend, squat, twist, reach, push, pull, and lift as required.

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.

Ability to hear instructions clearly and communicate effectively with team members.
