Ed’s Bowling needs a Cook experienced in food preparation, portion control, and inventory procedures. This part time position requires adaptable availability.

The Cook prepares and handles food products throughout the Ed’s Bowling kitchen. Working with the Kitchen Supervisor, this position helps manage food service priorities, labor and food costs, and stock levels. The work also requires maintaining food quality, kitchen cleanliness, and equipment readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate food service priorities with the Kitchen Supervisor
- Control portions and maintain food presentation standards
- Monitor food and ingredient inventory levels
- Complete weekly freezer inventory and maintain par stocks
- Keep kitchens tidy and food quality at standard

Requirements:

- Previous cooking experience in a comparable setting
- Familiarity with food and kitchen inventory procedures
- Strong working knowledge of food preparation
- Valid food safety certificate or willingness to train
- Ability to pass basic security clearance
