Ops Experience in energy, utilities, oil and gas, infrastructure, or manufacturing industries Responsibilities Translate business processes and requirements into EAM functional requirements and solution designs Develop functional specifications, process flows, configuration requirements, and acceptance criteria Support EAM roadmap initiatives including impact analysis, dependencies, prioritization, and implementation planning Maintain and refine product backlogs and communicate delivered value, risks, and functional impacts Assess solutions across business processes, application configuration, integrations, security, data flows, and end-user impacts Support application sustainment, enhancements, testing, releases, upgrades, migrations, and incident investigation Maintain functional documentation, configuration records, and process decision records
