Requirements 7-10 years of progressive experience in operations, logistics, or distribution - preferably in construction materials or industrial products.
Proven leadership experience managing warehouse, delivery, or multi-branch operations.
Solid understanding of safety, compliance, and inventory control principles.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Epicor, or similar).
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between branches within the region.
