Ability to conduce repairs and regular maintenance on: Caretaking equipment

Plumbing and architectural hardware

Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety through: Modeling best practices related to safety

Consistent monitoring of work site to identify and remedy potential hazards





Requiring and monitoring �work protected' practices of supervised staff Basic computer knowledge Familiarity in the use of computerized control systems Superior working knowledge of caretaking supplies, equipment, and procedures Ability to coordinate with the principal, user/rental groups, and contractors Commitment to work duties within the classification and reliability in attendance Commitment to ideals and principles of Catholic education Terms of Employment: As per Collective Agreement 8.0 hours/day To begin a.s.a.p.
