- Supervision and daily delivery of one of the School Age Care programs
- Supervision of children in split age groups for school age children
- Supervision and safety of the children, positive guidance and be a positive role model
- Ensure age-appropriate program planning and implementation of program activities and snack preparation
- Supervision and mentoring of 1 other program staff
- Program shop for snack and program supplies
- Manage and maintain the monthly petty cash and the program monthly budget
- Liaise professionally with parents, teachers, Licensing Officer, BC Centre for Ability
- Understanding of licensed childcare regulations
