Guide wellness guests at Basin Glacial Waters in Banff National Park while managing reservations and delivering informed service. Use communication and organizational skills in a luxury facility.

As a Concierge reporting to the Guest Experience Supervisor, you will manage bookings and guest inquiries for Basin Glacial Waters. You will collaborate with the Fairmont Spa on treatment options, promote services, and support accurate reservation administration. The permanent role starts in November 2026 and pays $20.63 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Basin reservations and respond to guest inquiries
- Monitor voicemail and provide timely responses by phone and email
- Coordinate additional treatment options with Fairmont Spa concierge




- Generate and audit daily reports and office records
- Assist facility attendants and lounge servers during peak times

Requirements:

- Previous reservations or sales experience is an asset
- Opera PMS, CRS, or Book4Time experience is an asset
- Robust communication, analytical, organizational, and administrative skills
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Legal authorization to work in Canada and ability to lift 20 pounds
