This Electrician role supports Maple Leaf Foods production equipment and automation. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment while identifying mechanical and electrical problems. The work includes PLCs, HMIs, preventative maintenance, drawings, computerized maintenance management systems, and production performance checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair complex production equipment
- Program and repair PLC, HMI, and automation devices
- Identify mechanical and electrical equipment problems
- Participate in preventative maintenance procedures
- Maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, WHMIS, and safety requirements
