We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join a healthcare organization in Toronto, Ontario on a Long-term Contract basis.

This position is well suited to someone who can step into a busy controllership environment, manage urgent accounting matters, and bring structure to core financial activities.

The successful candidate will contribute to month-end close, financial reporting, audit support, and ongoing process improvements while working hands-on with transactional accounting and reconciliations.

Responsibilities: • Oversee key controllership activities and address priority accounting issues in a fast-paced workplace. • Manage month-end close tasks, ensuring entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation are completed accurately and on time. • Prepare financial reports and assist in maintaining reliable accounting records for internal and external use.
