This role is suited for a licensed security professional with patrol experience, shelter or respite experience, housing experience, strong situational awareness, sound judgement, and the ability to respond professionally to site concerns and emergencies. mobile patrols)Post-secondary education in Police Foundations, Security and Investigations, Criminology, Community and Justice Services, or Law is considered an assetResponsibilities:Conduct patrols of assigned areaAssist staff with site issues such as trespassers and emergency responseDeter and report any suspicious activityConduct surveillance and take detailed notes of activityStay in constant communication with dispatch and operations supervisorSubmit daily reports to the Operations team using FPS' reporting systemConduct a vehicle inspection and submit a vehicle report each shiftClean the car each shiftReport and elevate any issues at patrolled sites to FPS Management and emergency services as necessary
