Repair and maintain chemical and beverage dispensing equipment for Gordon Food Service customers across the Calgary region. Use schematics, manuals, and standard tools.

This Service Technician position supports InnoServ installations, preventative maintenance, servicing, and performance measurement. You will work with national accounts, healthcare, colleges, universities, hospitality organizations, and independent food service operators. Success requires equipment knowledge, customer service, problem solving, documentation, and schedule management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and complete equipment installation and maintenance
- Use manuals, schematics, and tools during repairs
- Manage parts expenses and regular inventory cycle counts




- Plan territory schedules around productivity and sales goals
- Report field opportunities to the Regional Manager

Requirements:

- Two years’ previous sales and equipment repair experience
- Solid mechanical aptitude and equipment knowledge
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, health, and sanitation codes
- Ability to solve moderate problems and evaluate options
- Effective speaking, writing, listening, and coordination skills
