Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Transportation Coordinator to join a top retail client's Transportation team in Cambridge, ON.

This is a fully onsite role working 12-hour overnight shifts from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, including weekends.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day transportation operations, including reviewing driver information, maintaining route and vehicle documentation, updating transportation systems and Share

Point, processing invoices and POs, and preparing driver scorecards, cost-efficiency reports, and other operational KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in transportation, supply chain, warehouse, or a similar operational environment, with robust organizational, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Skills and Requirements -1+ years of related experience within transportation, supply chain, warehouse, logistics, or a similar operational environment -Comfortable working 12-hour overnight shifts (8 PM–8 AM) and weekends -Strong organization and multitasking skills with the ability to manage significant documentation/data (data entry in Excel) -Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with drivers, vendors,



and internal teams -Experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS) -Experience with driver documentation, pre-trips, maintenance records, or transportation compliance paperwork -Experience creating or maintaining KPI/cost-efficiency reports -Experience with POs, invoices, claims, or vendor coordination We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
