Coach multi-sport, arts, and crafts activities at Nene Park Academy during Easter, Summer, and Winter school holidays. Work with children aged 4–16.
As an Assistant Coach, you will support the Holiday, Activities and Food programme, funded by the Department of Education. You will coach planned physical and creative activities while helping create a safe, inclusive environment. The role requires positive communication, adaptability, and confident supervision of children throughout each day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach planned arts, crafts, and physical activities
- Supervise children during activities, breaks, and lunch
- Complete registers promptly and accurately
- Support arrival registration and departure procedures
- Conduct health and safety checks when required
Requirements:
- Commitment to positive relationships with children
- Transparent, confident communication with families and colleagues
- Ability to adapt activities for different needs
- Safeguarding awareness; training will be provided
- Organisation, punctuality, and positive behaviour management
