We are seeking a detail-oriented, service-driven Cloud Accountant who enjoys building strong client relationships and working in a quick-paced environment. This role combines full-cycle accounting, technology adoption, problem-solving, process improvement, and client support.Your RoleAs a trusted resource for a portfolio of clients, you will manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the transition to efficient cloud-based systems and digital workflows.Key responsibilities include:Managing full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clientsProcessing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank and credit card reconciliationsPreparing GST/HST filings, payroll remittances, T4s, and related compliance filingsMaintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentationReviewing financial information, investigating discrepancies, and recommending solutionsAssisting with month-end and year-end proceduresOnboarding clients to cloud accounting platforms and digital workflowsImproving record-keeping practices, processes,



and accounting efficienciesResponding to client inquiries promptly and professionallyUsing technology and automation to improve accuracy and efficiencyCollaborating with team members to meet deadlines and deliver excellent client serviceWhat You BringDiploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldTwo or more years of bookkeeping, accounting, or cloud accounting experienceExperience with full-cycle bookkeeping and payrollStrong knowledge of Canadian accounting and bookkeeping practicesMicrosoft Dynamics 365 experience is requiredCloud accounting and QuickBooks Online experience are assetsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelComfort working with digital tools, cloud systems, and paperless processesYou are organized, accurate, adaptable, and committed to exceptional client service. You demonstrate strong critical thinking, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
