Freight Team Associates create a safe, shoppable sales floor while responding to customer needs. Responsibilities include stocking merchandise, merchandising promotions, packing-out and packing-down products, and communicating with freight teammates. Associates also move products from staging areas, retrieve overhead merchandise, and pick assigned orders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pack-out and pack-down merchandise as directed
- Merchandise new items and promotional products
- Organize overheads, including striping overheads
- Maintain clean, accessible, and visually appealing aisles
- Communicate proper product placement with freight teammates

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail or distribution experience is an asset
- Action-oriented and results-driven approach
- Effective communication and customer focus
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move items
