**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** The Production Associate role involves developing manual dexterity for assembly work with multiple small parts such as screws.

This position requires computer literacy and competence, including being tech-savvy, using digital assembly instructions, scanning completed orders in SAP ERP, creating support calls to the reactionary team, and following the schedule of work orders according to due date.

The role also involves using manual tools like torque drivers, gap filler dispensing guns, soldering irons, and other necessary equipment.

Experience with soldering and working with chemicals such as isopropyl alcohol and acetone is beneficial.

The position requires the ability to use a magnifying glass for assembly while working in a sitting position and occasionally lifting up to 20 lbs from the floor and above shoulder level. **Responsibilities** Perform assembly work with multiple small parts, ensuring manual dexterity.

Utilize computer systems for digital assembly instructions and scanning completed orders in SAP ERP.

Create support calls to the reactionary team.

Follow work order schedules according to due dates.
