As a senior member of the team, you will be accountable for outcomes, not only assigned tasks.
You will lead medium-sized technical initiatives from end to end, set a high engineering standard within your squad and influence stakeholders beyond it.
This role calls for strong technical judgment, initiative and a genuine interest in coaching others and improving engineering quality. **Position Responsibilities:** Design, develop, test, deliver, maintain and continuously improve business applications across the full technology stack and throughout the software development lifecycle.
Design end-user interfaces, databases, APIs and server-side logic while maintaining front-end and back-end components.
Apply disciplined coding practices, established design patterns, automation and semantic versioning to support agility and high-quality delivery.
Develop detailed system design specifications that guide system and program development.
Build automated test harnesses and conduct analysis to ensure solutions meet or exceed quality standards and end-user requirements.
Conduct investigative spikes to reduce technical uncertainty and risk.
Resolve defects and improve software efficiency, reliability and maintainability.
Participate in ideation and prototyping to develop creative digital solutions.
Complete required deployment, maintenance, support and business documentation.
