As a Front Desk Agent, you create welcoming stays at Winnipeg’s Forks historic site. You will manage guest interactions, hotel information, payments, and preferences within the hotel PMS. Success requires previous hotel Front Desk or guest service experience, with two or more years preferred, plus calm attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally
• Complete accurate check-ins and check-outs
• Answer questions, requests, calls, and messages
• Process payments and maintain guest information

Requirements:

• Previous hotel Front Desk or guest service experience
• Two or more years of hotel Front Desk experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Calm, accurate, solutions-focused approach
• Availability for day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
