Rotational scheduling supports remote exploration camp operations. MATRIX is seeking a Baker for various remote projects, including the Winter Ice Road project. You will support catering through breads, buns, baked goods, desserts, and breakfast specials. The role includes food safety, inventory rotation, kitchen inspections, and staff support. Apply FIFO inventory rotation procedures Record HACCP food safety information Support kitchen inspections, training, and housekeeping Ability to work a rotation schedule Ability to sustain 10 to 12-hour shifts Remote camp experience and Secure Food Handling Certificate required Bring scratch baking, food safety, and resourcefulness to MATRIX's rotational Baker position at remote Nunavut exploration camps.
