Lead workforce scheduling and resource management for Peel Regional Paramedic Services in a hybrid Supervisor Scheduling role based in Brampton.

Reporting to the Commander, Paramedic Operations, you will oversee staffing coverage across more than 900 employees. This leadership role combines workforce planning, payroll accuracy, scheduling systems, and operational readiness for a 24/7 emergency service.

You will guide Scheduling Coordinators and collaborate with labour partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead workforce scheduling and resource management across Peel Regional Paramedic Services
- Address staffing shortages and daily scheduling challenges proactively
- Coach and manage Scheduling Coordinators' performance
- Prepare payroll submissions and attendance reports bi-weekly




- Develop staffing forecasts, reports, and workforce plans

Requirements:

- Postsecondary business, human resources, or public administration credential
- Three years of supervisory or management leadership experience
- Five years of progressive workforce administration or related experience
- Unionized workplace experience interpreting collective agreements
- Advanced Microsoft Office and workforce management systems proficiency
