The Role

Dutch Love is looking for Budtenders who love great people, great weed, and creating a store experience customers want to come back to.

You'll be the friendly face helping customers find what they're looking for, discover something current, and feel comfortable asking questions. You'll also keep things running smoothly behind the scenes - from processing orders and restocking products to keeping the shop looking its best.

You don't need to know everything about cannabis on day one. Bring your curiosity, personality, and willingness to learn - we'll help with the rest.

What You'll Do

- Welcome customers and create a friendly, comfortable experience.
- Ask questions and help customers find products that fit what they're looking for.
- Build your cannabis knowledge and share accurate, responsible product information.
- Process transactions and handle cash accurately.
- Check ID and follow all cannabis regulations and store procedures.
- Restock products and keep the shop clean, organized, and looking great.
- Support inventory counts, receiving, and loss prevention.




- Jump in wherever needed and help keep the store flowing.
- Be a great teammate and contribute to a positive, fun work environment.

What You Bring

- You're 19+ and able to obtain the required provincial cannabis certification.
- 2+ years of retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience is preferred.
- You're friendly, approachable, and comfortable talking to all kinds of people.
- You're curious about cannabis and excited to keep learning.
- You're dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a busy environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment criminal record check.
