Material Handler - Counter Balance | Reach Truck Operator

3PL Inc. is currently hiring Material Handlers to support a busy food production facility in Hagersville.

This role is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and take pride in keeping operations organized, safe, and running smoothly.

Immediate start available.

What You'll Be Doing

- Receive, verify, and store incoming products and materials
- Pick and stage orders for shipment
- Load and unload trucks using warehouse equipment
- Operate Counter Balance, Crown, Reach Truck and Raymond Reach Truck forklifts
- Operate electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
- Keep warehouse and dock areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow food safety, GMP, and warehouse safety procedures

What We're Looking For

- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, order picking, or reach truck experience
- Valid Counter Balance, Crown Reach Truck and Raymond Reach Truck certification (required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required
- Comfortable working in cooler or refrigerated areas, 0 to 4 Degrees
