About the Role

We are looking for reliable and hardworking General Labourers to support outdoor maintenance and property upkeep across various residential properties. Our client specializes in condominium renovations and property improvements, and is looking for individuals who can help maintain clean, organized, and presentable outdoor spaces.

This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, performing physical tasks, and contributing to the overall appearance and maintenance of residential properties.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Responsibilities

- Perform general outdoor maintenance and groundskeeping tasks across assigned properties.
- Keep lawns, gardens, walkways, and surrounding outdoor areas clean and presentable.
- Collect and remove leaves, branches, weeds, and other outdoor debris.
- Assist with weeding, raking, sweeping, and basic landscaping activities.
- Support seasonal cleanup and general property maintenance projects.
- Gather, organize, and dispose of landscaping waste in designated areas.
- Assist with moving and organizing materials, tools, and supplies as needed.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of potential safety hazards.
- Perform other general labour and property maintenance duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Ability to perform physical work, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and general maintenance equipment is an asset.
- Ability to follow instructions and comply with workplace health and safety procedures.
- Reliable,



punctual, and willing to take initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, construction, or general labour is an asset but not required.
- All tasks must be performed in accordance with applicable workplace health and safety standards.
