The Lumber Handler / Container Unloader safely and efficiently unloads, handles, stages, and organizes lumber and related materials while supporting accurate inventory flow and a clean, orderly work workplace.
Responsibilities
- Unload lumber and materials from shipping containers and delivery vehicles.
- Move, stack, and stage lumber safely in designated areas.
- Inspect materials for visible damage and report discrepancies.
- Follow safe lifting, handling, and workplace practices.
- Maintain organized work areas and clear aisles.
- Support inventory movement and accurate material placement.
- Work collaboratively to complete unloading and handling tasks efficiently.
