Summary:

We are seeking an Assistant Coach to support our coaching staff in all aspects of team management and player development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and a strong desire to help athletes reach their full potential. This position requires a high level of organization, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the head coach in planning and executing practices, games, and team events
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to players to improve their skills and performance
- Help develop game strategies and game plans
- Assist in scouting and recruiting new players
- Monitor and maintain player academic progress and eligibility
- Assist in managing team equipment and facilities
- Attend team meetings and events as required




- Perform other duties as assigned by the head coach

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in sports management, physical education, or related field
- Previous coaching experience at the high school or college level preferred
- Strong knowledge of the sport and its rules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to achieve their goals
- Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
