Apply clinical expertise in dysphagia assessment with William Osler Health System across multiple sites. This full time contract follows days and evenings schedules. The Speech Pathologist supports Speech Therapy Corporate within Osler's Professional Practitioners program. This temporary 12 month position focuses on dysphagia management, communication assessment, patient education, and timely clinical documentation. The role reports to the Clinical Services Manager, Skilled Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities
Assess and manage dysphagia through clinical and instrumental methods Screen, assess, and manage communication needs Educate patients and families with clear accessible resources Relay assessment findings to patients, families, and teams Attend speech-language pathology meetings and education sessions

Requirements:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Registration in good standing with the Ontario College Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Computer literacy; Meditech experience is an asset Ability to work within interdisciplinary teams Support patient care through dysphagia management, communication assessment, education, and collaboration across William Osler Health System.
