Our Toronto showroom specializes in fine diamonds, custom jewellery design, repairs and luxury jewellery sales.

We are seeking an experienced, creative and passionate jewellery professional who combines exceptional sales expertise with a strong understanding of jewellery design and craftsmanship.

Applicants must be local to Toronto and available to work on site. Saturdays are required, along with some holidays.

About the Role

This is a client facing position suited to an experienced jewellery professional who is passionate about diamonds, fine jewellery and custom design.

The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals and jewellery construction, along with a creative eye and the ability to guide clients through the custom design process.

You will work closely with clients to bring their jewellery visions to life, whether selecting the perfect diamond, creating a one of a kind engagement ring or redesigning a cherished piece.

We are looking for someone who is personable, confident, self motivated and committed to providing an exceptional luxury jewellery experience.

Key Responsibilities

Luxury Jewellery Sales & Client Experience

- Provide exceptional, personalized service to clients in our luxury jewellery showroom.
- Guide clients through diamond selection, engagement rings, fine jewellery purchases and special orders.




- Build lasting client relationships through outstanding service, product knowledge and attention to detail.
- Educate clients on diamond quality, gemstones, precious metals, settings and craftsmanship.
- Understand client preferences and offer thoughtful recommendations suited to their individual style and budget.
- Manage client consultations and follow ups in person, by phone and email.
- Confidently close sales while maintaining a skilled and welcoming client experience.

Custom Jewellery Design & Development

- Work directly with clients to conceptualize and develop custom jewellery designs from initial consultation through to the finished piece.
- Offer creative design ideas and recommendations based on client preferences, current trends and jewellery construction techniques.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of jewellery design, proportions, stone settings, precious metals and manufacturing processes.
- Assist clients with custom engagement rings, wedding bands, fine jewellery and redesigning existing pieces.
- Collaborate with jewellers, designers and manufacturers to bring custom jewellery concepts to life.
- Understand the technical feasibility of custom designs, repairs and jewellery modifications.
- Oversee custom projects to ensure the finished jewellery meets our quality standards and client expectations.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in luxury jewellery sales,



with additional experience strongly preferred.
- Custom jewellery design experience is required, particularly in engagement rings, fine jewellery and redesigning existing pieces.
- Strong knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, jewellery settings and construction.
- Ability to interpret client ideas and translate them into beautiful, practical custom jewellery designs.
- Experience working with jewellery repairs, custom orders and manufacturing processes.
- A creative eye with a strong sense of style, proportion and current jewellery trends.
- Proven ability to build relationships and deliver an exceptional luxury sales experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, friendly and professional approach.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, punctual and reliable.
- Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.
- Self motivated, confident and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Passion for fine jewellery, design, craftsmanship and exceptional client service.

Schedule & Location

- On site at our Toronto showroom near Bathurst and Lawrence.
- Applicants must reside locally and be available to work in person.
- Saturdays are mandatory.
- Availability for some holidays is required.

Compensation:

Compensation based on education, experience and qualifications.
