MCMRehab is looking for a dedicated, compassionate Registered Physiotherapist to join our newly renovated clinic in the heart of Yorkville on a Part time or Full-Time working contract.

Pay Scale: Commission Split and/or Clinic Room Rental

Clinic is newly renovated and with easy accessibility to both St. George, Bay and Museum subway stations, and highly centralized to the Yorkville area of Toronto. This space is ideal for anyone starting a practice or wish to bring a pre-existing practice and work as a sole proprietor.

Contracts for this position is based on either commission split or room rental rates, adjusted to either a Full-Time Room Rental Agreement or Part-Time Room Rental Agreement of two days, three days or four days / week. This ideal candidate must have experience working with patients and other health providers toward delivering appropriate care and running a practice in a professional manner. Cross-referral opportunities are present between a two pre-existing Chiropractors, one Naturopath and two RMTs on the team also working in proximity.

Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions and functional abilities.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to promote mobility, strength, and overall physical function.




- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in physiotherapy practices and techniques.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid physiotherapy license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Previous hospital experience is preferred, with a focus on acute care settings.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to physiotherapy practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while demonstrating empathy and professionalism.

Pay: $38.73-$102.34 per hour
