The Analyst, Global Strategy will work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), Director of Global Strategy and Director of Global Strategy and Special Projects to identify, analyze, articulate and advance CAE's strategy. In this role, this person will be responsible for supporting CAE's OKR program, strategic planning process, and critical special projects aimed at identifying and solving key business challenges in partnership with business divisions and functions. Investor Relations, Competitive Intelligence, Data Strategy, Market Insights) as required. Support and lead aspects of CAE's strategic planning process including market and competitive research and analysis of key business performance indicators Create and support the presentation of strategic materials at all levels of the company, including the executive management team and Board of Directors (BoD). Annual workshop materials, quarterly reports for the CAE BoD, executive presentations, annual board strategic meeting materials, and more Special Projects and Risk Support: The Global Strategy team works collaboratively across divisions and functions to conduct deep-dive assessments of critical business opportunities and risks at an average cadence of ~1 project per month. Specific responsibilities include: research, financial and market modeling,



company and operational analysis and the creation and presentation of materials to working-level and executive audiences from across the company (including the CEO and EMC). The Global Strategy team also conducts formal risk monitoring, workshops, and executive brief-outs at an enterprise level to defend CAE's position from emerging risks
- including geopolitical, financial, physical, and competitive.
