Duties

- Estimate and manage projects
- Lead in the planning and execution of construction projects
- Collaborate with the owner and GC to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather project requirements
- Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports
- Lead and attend in the coordination of project meetings and communication with team members and general contractors

Experience
- Proven experience in project management and estimating
- Robust knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation

- Strong knowledge of deep service utilities and earthworks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiar with local developers and general contractors

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
