We are looking for a Driver (AR) to join logistics team. This role is essential in ensuring timely and safe delivery and pick-up of raw materials and finished goods.
Responsibilities:
- Safely drive and operate trucks and gooseneck trailers.
- Complete daily inspections of vehicles and equipment, reporting any defects or hazards.
- Transport raw materials and finished products to and from job sites.
- Secure all materials properly for safe transit.
- Maintain accurate daily driver logs and comply with Hours of Service regulations.
- Follow planned routes and delivery schedules to meet timelines.
- Refuel and maintain cleanliness of company vehicles and trailers.
- Collect, verify, and follow all delivery/pick-up instructions.
- Load and unload freight as required.
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Restricted A License.
- Clean driver’s abstract and CVOR
- Experience hauling trailers or similar equipment is an asset.
- Robust safety awareness and reliability.
- Ability to lift and move materials during loading/unloading.
- Ability work in a team environment.
- Ability to follow instructions; verbally and written.
